REQUIREMENTS
First Article. When specified (see 6.2), a sample shall be subject to first article

inspection in accordance with 4.2.
3.2
Parts and materials. The contractor shall select the materials, but the materials and
parts used shall be fully capable of meeting all of the operational and environmental requirements
specified herein.
